Dimension: 17 3/8" H x 9 1/8" W (base) Materials are Solid Mahogany with 18" chrome flexible arm. I like swans, so I guess this can be called "Swan." People seem to relate to its being a swan. My own private name for this piece is "Let There Be Light," although I think I mean by that, less the Light of Biblical Creation than the light of man, man's ego. I can explain it best by saying that I imagine the piece glowing softly in a darkened room, its neck curved in such a way that what you see by its light is its own polished mahogany form, on the strong, softened triangle of the base.
